You're relaxing to listen to, but coloring is de-stressing as well. I'm a retired pharmacist, and I used to teach Zentangle. When people doodle, color, draw, etc. they begin to concentrate on the lines and their breathing slows while their blood pressure goes down.It's kind of like teaching someone biofeedback but a LOT more fun! Thanks for sharing your amazing talents!

A friend of mine had some health issues before COVID hit, which were made worse because of it. She started making cards (designing her own) and I believe it really saved her life! Your card is adorable, as always! My favorite set of the new CCC release is the Father’s Day one with the little mouse hopping on his dad’s belly! It reminds me so much of when my kids were little & would jump on their dad. He would lie on his belly after a long day at work & challenge them to roll him over. 8 little hands were tricked into giving Dad a back massage! 😂❤️

Hi, Kristina, I am watching a holiday video of yours on my tv/KZbin, but I am not sure when you filmed it. I have to comment, just in case nobody pointed out what was wrong with the microglitter paper and intricate dies not cutting all the way through on the Gemini Jr. and the Spellbinders. (You were trying to cut out a gorgeous, very intricate silver, sort of art deco looking wreath.) The problem was not necessarily the die, but the problem was most definitely the paper. I have discovered that that kind of glitter paper has a thick plastic layer on the back side, and I have only had success cutting it with old fashioned steel ruled dies, with actual blades. The etched dies are not sharp enough to cut through. If you were to try to pull those failed cuts apart, you would see the plastic layer exposed. It even stretches if you try to pull it apart. So disappointing, and I have a TON of that paper, which is somewhat useless. Hope that helps. It wasn't YOU! Haha!
