One of the biggest limiting beliefs - the more important a task is, the harder will it be...that's why we find it tough to take the first step and start procrastinating! What a wonderful way to limit that by asking "how can I make this effortless?"...what wouldn't overwhelm me but still keep the momentum up.

@jimkwik @gregmckeown This was such a great video thank you both for your wondeful insights. I am currently reading limitless and it is helping me so much. The one thing that is essential for me that i wish was effortless is having more empathy and self compassion for myself while I work to overcome years of bad habits. Technology is such a blessing however I personally have experienced the detrimental effects of digital deluge, distraction, dementia, and even deduction. Thank you Jim and Greg for your wonderful words and looking forward to the next video.

Don't regurgitate what you've heard, if yoy actually tried to implement that you'd know it's bs. Just because in your mind you think you are being responsible doest change jack shit in the real world

Hmmm one thing that could be more effortless... I would want that to be my ability to control myself and my responses to the emotions I feel.

I don't think the videography manager at the university is a good example of effortlessness. If she was going to spend 4 months on a project making fantastic videos for a single student that needed to see the content of lectures, then I don't think she had properly assessed the objectives of the project before committing resource to it. The magic solution here is assessing the goals of the project which seem like project management 101.
