Gardevoir is not grass. Gardevoir are formally pure Psychic now Psychic/Fairy. Gardevoir looks to be a mage mixed with a dancer. Gardevoir can be both Male and Female, while its counterpart Gallade is exclusively Male.

...well I got a few comments for this one: There's no snow for you guys? We've had like 4 or 5 snow days in my county in the past month. Not sure why you guys only like to fight with baby Pokémon, but there are plenty of Pokémon that are pretty when they evolve. That Gardevoir is a third form after all. I think Kwife was going to say flowers have boy and girl parts. That's true, but only for some plants. Depending on the plant its flowers can have both male and female parts, only male or female flowers, or both male and female flowers. The same is not true for Pokémon. While most do have male and female forms (including Aegislash) some species are solely male or female or genderless. Finally, I know others are already saying it in comments, but Gardevoir isn't a plant!
