It's fortunate that someone with Eunbi's maturity, interest in leading, and ability to lead made the group. Many idols are not cut out for that kind of responsibility. It's also fortunate that she has a capable lieutenant in Chaeyeon. It's hard to imagine this group being run by someone else. There were a few other solid leader types that we saw on Produce 48, but none that had a good shot at making the final group for the most part. I think it also helps that Eunbi is a few years older than even the oldest members of the group and obviously a lot older than some of the youngest members. It gives her a little age-based authority. Finally it helps that Eunbi is a very good dancer and singer, so she has professional respect as well in that she can do pretty much anything within the group and help others who are maybe struggling with choreo or with singing a particular part.

I have said this over an over again, this precisely why this group needs to stay together and should stay together. They have formed some extremely strong bonds with each other, in a way they remind me of Twice and the familial aura that they have surrounding them. The same goes for IZ*ONE they are a family and it shows. Eunbi you are an absolutely amazing leader and that shows in the way you look out for your members. I really hope that by some miracle they stay together😭 cuz they’ve formed such an amazing family and it would be sad to see them separated😔This is one of the reasons why I don’t like produce, don’t get me wrong I like the show but the whole concept of forming a group and putting a timer on them. We fall in love with the group and support them and they form bonds with eachother but in the end they disband even if they wanna stay together. Since it’s a project, I think they should be given the option to stay together and extend their contract if they’re successful which IZ*ONE is very successful. I love them so much and thinking that they’re going to disband makes me cry cuz they’re like a family😭😭😭

In my own opinion, Eun Bi is really the best leader in Kpop industry and history. She really demonstrates her caring side unconsciously and so naturally its like second nature to her. She always looks out for the members so much that sometimes I feel like she is the only one not having fun as she is constantly making sure everything can go smoothly, members are happy and comfortable. She works really hard for the members, and they all know they have someone to fall back to when they need. Mad respect for being so selfless Eunbi
