It will work better if you heat the swingarm, not the bolt. You are trying to expand the metal with heat. Expanding the swingarm around the stuck bolt will help. Glad it worked for you, but theoretically you are expanding the bolt which could make it more difficult to remove.

That works in science class but in the real world the heat wrench works just by getting things expanding at different rates. Been doing it for over 30 years.

Both seized pretty good on my 03 kx 125. I'm going to try this before I use the swim arm repair kit that requires drilling out the old bolt and replacing it with a threaded fitting and new bolts

PB Blaster works well on corroded bolts.

What you need to do is drill holes in the bottom of the swingarm to drain the water inside it, or this is going to happen every single time, no matter what miracle kit you use.

Very true. I run into the same issue, figured what could have been the cause, drilled that hole and water started to drip down right away.

I have same issue on my cbr 929rr but the bolts are also strip any ideas?? can't get wrench around it and or socket??

+temper moto try a dremel tool and put some flat spots back on bolt head then try a socket or a really good vice grips.

don't heat the bolt you want to heat the swing are so it expands

use anti seize always, tighten ever so lightly. this is a dumb design that bike makers use. there has got to be a better way!

+DJI Phantom Aerial Videos You couldn't get mine out with a fucking bulldozer. The problem is terrible design as the bottom of the bolt generally spends it's life submerged in the water that is in just about every swingarm out there, and the threads on the bolts corrode, then you proceed to destroy your swingarm trying to remove a steel bolt with rusted threads (that you can't see or access to clean or lubricate without cutting a hole in the swingarm, which once the bolt seized I mighty as well have). Then the kits they sell require you use those very same stripped, heli-coiled or (whatever jackleg repair it lets you get away with) holes to install their new hardware into. Useless. How about designing an USING an adjuster that eliminates this stupid bicycle bullshit..? Fat chance.
