I managed a motel a few years back and in the 7 years I was there I meet several bandidos they were the nicest guys you could ever meet, in the 7 years I never had 1 bad meeting with those bikers, as a matter of fact 1 day I was being harassed by 3 drunks when the banditos came in and saved me, I owe them nothing but respect.

I worked in Grapevine Texas at Opryland , from out of state. Company sent us from Las Vegas, Nevada. We would go to a place called Willhoyts in Grapevine for some beers and music. Some Banditos came in and sat at the bar next to my friend and I. Conversation started and they were some of the coolest people that I ever met. Bought us a couple of beers, and welcomed us to Texas. There were business people, construction workers, cowboys, and bikers. Everyone was cool and had a good time. The Banditos were good hearted guys and had a great time just shooting the breeze. Texans are the most friendly people that I ever meant!! I worked all over the U.S. Hands down, Love Texas.

The Bandidos are all over my home town. Every Saturday about 20 of em sit in the bar on 1st Street. Scariest thing about em is the amount of parking spots they take up.

I grew up around the Gypsey Jokers MC and they’ve always been very nice and respectful. When my grandfather had a stroke and was confined to a wheelchair they can to his trailer and built him a ramp and steps up to the front door. No one asked them they just showed up one day and started building. When he died there was about 200 of them in the parking lot before service paying their respects to him. He was a great man loved by many.

I met a Bandido at a motorcycle shop in Lubbock, Tx. when I was just a kid of 12 years of age. I rode my dirt bike there to get some parts to fix a problem I was having with it. The man was pretty damn cool. He wanted a patch that was on the back of my Dad's jacket that I was wearing. He even tried to buy it & offered a good chunk of money for it. I told him my Dad would beat my ass if I sold that patch. He was cool about it. Hell the man even helped me fix my dirt bike before I left the shop. Now tell me they are always trouble. He could have kicked my young ass & took that patch or jacket for that matter cause like I said I was just a kid. Hell after he helped me fix my dirt bike he shook my hand like men do. Give them their respect & you will get the same in return. Treat them bad & you will see the bad come out. That was 51 years ago. I have seen & talked many since then, even had some beers with them & I have never had any kind of problem with them.

That's how it is everywhere in life. If you treat specific types of people as if they're trash, they will treat you as if you're trash. If you anger specific types of people, then completely and undeniably, there will be severe consequences guaranteed, indeed.

Years ago while living in the Houston area, I passed a truck with the hood up on top of an overpass. A woman flagged me down and I told her that I would turn around, come back, and try to help her. There was a Support Your Local Bandidos sticker, on the back window. Got her going and I wouldn't let her pay me. Seventeen years later, I was living in Lubbock, Texas. One day the clutch cable broke on my car. Coasted into a parking lot, walked into a store to use a phone. The owner told me I could use the phone in his office. I notice on the wall with business credentials, a photo of him with his Bandidos vest. To make a long story short, he made sure that my car was taken care of and I had a ride home. My thanks to him. Not a biker, but respect them. Interesting, that I helped a Bandido's woman and one member helped me in return.

Dotti Alicea hate to say it, but they are a criminal organization that just puts charity events on for show. A lot of them sell meth and illegal firearms to bring money for the organization and they do commit murder if you cross there paths, but they are a band of brotherhood and a special bond that for one another that can never be broken and they do take care of each other like family. They do not mess with people either and will lend a helping hand if needed. But they are genuine like you said. Just don't mess with them or your gonna regret it

madcapper6 what about the massive amount of criminal activity carried out by police across the country every year? That far outweighs any criminal activity committed by individuals who also happen to be members of a motorcycle club.. Tv's problem is that the mega and the government don't like to shed a negative light on LEO's therefore you don't hear about it as often, whereas when it comes to bikers, who are not fans any government entity telling anyone what they can and cannot do, every little thing that an individual does outside of the law is blown grossly out of proportion.

Who remembers the motorcycle shop on Broadway in S. A. back in the 60s? A Bandido owned it. I was about 5 and my Dad was close friends with Dude and the rest that hungout and at times slept on the floor there. My Dad and I stayed at the shop for a little over a week. There was a young Prospect they called Punk, kinda strawberry hair. Im almost 58 and my Dad passed away 3 yrs ago. It was a fun and free time. Theyd send me down to the Buttercrust Bakery just up Broadway and we'd eat fresh, steamy, yeast bread. I remember the sweet hippie chicks of the Bandidos. One took me to their appartment while all the guys were out having fun. She was sooo cool!

Look if you look at by riding buddies and people I hang out with you would see a huge amount of Vets. Mostly Blue Collar but some white collar guys like myself. You would see some guys that have criminal pasts and presents. You would see guys that are into drugs and guys that are into sobriety. You would see some guys that are into Church and Jesus and some how are real heathen. My disparaged group of friends are the collection of people that I hang with, ride with, if anyone is in a jam we are there to help. If I have 2 dollars in my pocket and a brother needs a dollar one of them is his. If we are someplace and someone wants to start something we are all there. It's just the way we were raised. We are not a gang no club, (Though I do belong to the American Legion Riders) we are just a bunch of guys that like each other and ride and bar hop and camp or whatever. My point is. People in MC Clubs are no different. They are a group of guys from all over with differing backgrounds likes and dislikes but they band together in a club. It gives them a sense of family and their love for biker culture. That's it. The police like to call everything bad and threatening but that is what cops do. Look if you give people due respect in life them most of the time no one will ever bother you. Conduct yourself like a man and give respect.

Paul Bahre truthfully groups like the Hells Angels, Bandidos, Mogols, Black Pistons, Southsiders, Outlaws are 1%ers who are engaged in criminal activities. to say they are not is just not true. that doesn't mean they are all bad or are all criminals. by and large they don't respect law enforcement. those I have met have been pretty cool guys. some were jerks. but that's society also. I work with people that I would have nothing to do with outside of work. not every MC is law abiding just like not every MC is a criminal organization. if I owned a Harley I would have no issue with riding with those who wear their patch.

No no, they are much different then any other "group of people "... You can't get a group of people to help you on the side of the road, but bikers will stop. You can't get a group of people to stop bullying at schools, but bikers will come to spread the word at a school. You can't get a group of people to do a charity ride in their cars, but bikes will show up, in the hundreds, in the rain, to do a charity ride! Every true biker I know has this mind set and shows it proudly. Best ride I've been in so far, over 150 bikes showed up to ride to a young girl(with autism) and hand deliver BIRTHDAY CARDS, because she had no friends at school and a bad outlook in life! She became the talk of the town and now has "to many friends to count" That's what bikers do!!! God judges is everyday, it's up to us to make his decision easier......

Every single time I walked by they'd give me a handful of quarters to play games which pissed Mom off really bad, "Stay away from those people, they're nothing but trouble" One morning I was walking by & a man drove by reaching out his truck window grabbing me by the hair trying to drag me into his truck. The trouble makers Mom warned me about came to my rescue immediately & proceeded to beat that man almost to death & more likely than not saved my life. When the police arrived the bikers refused to let me into the cop car & the cops allowed them to walk me home. Now the sad part, two weeks later some man shot & killed one of the bikers who saved me at the red light down the street & all of the Bandidos just vanished a few days later. Haltom City TX

I laugh at some of these comments...Y'all have been watching way too much Sons of Anarchy...If you want to know what they are about, get you some balls, go where they go, watch them for a little while, then slowly approach them and introduce yourself.....You'll find out they are NOT the "Boogie Man" until you cross them...And if truth be told, if some one crossed you, you would do the same thing, or you would want to do the same thing. But some of you would just shit your pants and call the cops, and hope they show up to help you. They are great people...Much Love, Loyalty, and Respect for them....SYLB.

Mike Sumrall shut the fuck up dude, they are criminals but the pretend they are not, of course you can introduce yourself to them and hang out an buy them a drink, no problem, that’s what they want you to think, they always have their little bitches watching for them, they call them prospects, they always have guns knives and meth, real motorcycle riding clubs don’t need any of that gang shit, they hangout with their friends and have a 9 to 5 jobs, next time you go hang around ask any of them what they do for a living, hells angels, mongols, vagos, pagan, warlocks, and many more they all do charity work to coverup for their crimes, you don’t know shit.

You’re never really gonna know there business, unless you’re in their club. Are they a criminal organization? Possibly? The reputation for most other MC clubs is in most cases criminally directed. I am not gonna name the clubs. They are well known. They say have regular jobs and are businessmen. That could be, so they can conduct their other side of business within their club.

I did not advance my statement as a less-than-deferential statement. I was talking in generalities. Furthermore, when it comes to MC's, I don't utilize the term motorcycle "gang" as you did to me. It's a misnomer. Thank you for your good-intention admonishments to me.

Truth is you never know when you’re standing next to a member of an MC if they aren’t wearing a cut, most clubs don’t want members that don’t have jobs or legal forms of income, and talking to them is no different then talking to anyone else if you’re respectful they are too just like any other decent human being
