Monster Hunter World - Painting Anjanath - BoardGame Miniature - 4K

Here's the full painting process of the Anjanath. This monster was included in the Ancient Forest box set.
Citadel Colours : - Ceramite White, Mournfang Brown, Averland Sunset, Mephiston Red, Wraithbone, Bugmans Glow. Rakarth Flesh. As for Oils I used Nuln Oil and Agrax Earthshade.
If the video is going to fast (or too slow!), please play with YT's speed settings. Trying to cram hours of footage into short vid isn't simple hah :D But i'm trying to keep them under the 30 min mark.

Do you think that Corax white would work instead of the ceramite white, since citadel has discontinued the ceramite color and replaced it with corax?

Hey! No it shouldn’t be a problem :). You may get different shades and colour variations, but the result should be very similar :D

My roommate got this (and just put down for everything in the Iceborne expansion) and they're letting me paint Kushala Daora. Any tips? I've painted minis in the past, but nothing that big or shiny. Also, I love the more muted colors, really fits for how World did their monsters!

Hey! Thanks for you comment! Yes I’m trying to keep the colours similar to the game as much as possible. With regards to Kush!.. Unfortunately I don’t own the Kushala monster yet :( I’d love to get to paint it someday tho! - so what I would do is probably have a base layer paint job done using wet blending techniques, paints mostly consisting of dark blues and purples. Then I’d add a ton of highlights on the scales +wings using dry brush techniques. Lastly I’d use metallic bronze and silver paints to really make those scales reflect and pop. - good luck with yours! :D
