Pain is subjective, and everyone perceives it differently. However, I'd like to point you that the dental implant technique is quite exact and regulated. It is, nevertheless, more exact than a standard natural tooth extraction. If your condition is basic and requires only the installation of implants, the discomfort is completely addressed throughout the procedure. However, other practitioners do not believe that nerve blocks are necessary. A simple infiltration and a few days of pain relievers following the treatment would suffice, but certain cases necessitate further procedures such as a sinus lift or a bone grafting procedure. In such cases, some degree of post-operative discomfort and edoema is likely.
Even this is managed if you take the painkillers and medicines prescribed. Having said all this since it is a fairly major dental procedure involving considerable amount of time and effort, it is important to chose your implantology's who has experience in giving dental care.

I was getting pain when the drilling would touch the nasal floor. There was less bone available for implant. As it was paining the Dr didn't drill further. Even with LA there was pain whenever nasal floor was touched.

Sir main 38 year ka hoon. Maine kal hi niche ke do molar teeth main implant karaya hai.inme ek molar 14 saal pahle nikala tha or ek 5 Mahina pahle. Dentist ne kaha haddi patli hai.
