सर मेरा moment restrict हुवा हैं कुछ गर्दन का और थोडा झुकाव आय हैं. मै सुरवात मै बहोत मेडिसिन लिया और हमारे इधर remotolgist Dr का avairness नही होणे के vajha से मुझे 8 साल इस बिमारी के साथ चलना पडा लेकिन आपका विडिओ देख के sir मै remotologist की ट्रेटमेंट स्टार्ट किया पहलशे काफी राहत हैं सर but थोडा moment restriction अँड normal झुकाव आया हैं। क्या सर मुझे moment बडाने के लिये opreation karna चाहीये और फिर उसके remotoligst की ट्रीटमेंट रेग्युलर karana चाहीये. मेरे दो spinal code के बीच मै कॅल्शिअम deposite हुवा हैं अँड मेरी साज अँड 2 और गोलिया रेग्युलर सुरू हैं सर प्लझ हेल्प किजेगा और operation karna चाहीये या नही batahiyega सर मै आपसे inspire होके ही नये से ट्रीटमेंट स्टार्ट किया नही तो उमीद ही चोड दिया था । मुझे 8yr बाद पत्ता चला कीइस बिमारिको को कंट्रोल किया जा सकता हैं। मै लेट हुवा but मुझे रेमोटोलगीस्ट dr की सलाह आपसेही पत्ता चली आप सर पुरे world के AS patient के लिये भगवान ने दिया हुवा अनमोल गिफ्ट हो really सर आप इतना polide होके लोगो की सेवा कर राहे हो और बहोत लोगो को नही जिंदगी जीना का एक रास्ता दिखाये आप हमेश्या खुश रहे और बहोत tarakkki की shiditya चढे। धन्यवाद सर💐💐💐💐🙏🙏🙏

If you are facing As for 10 years. I'm sure you have tired taking the medicines & doing reporting too. Maybe you are married and you will be 35 +???. It's very sensitive situaion for you. So you have to focus on your heath nothing else, if you are able to do some exercise that is suggested by your phyothrepist. And try raw diet for a week, it may be help you. Because I m also psoriasis arthritis patent it has been 8 years. I just 26. I would never like take biologics treatment. So don't take stress & stay positive. 🙂

You need to take care of the AS activity. AS is associated with active welling & consequent damage. It had damaged your hip & you have taken care of the damage with the surgery. We need to take care of the AS activity as well or else it will keep causing damage at other areas.
