My mom is on Folitrax 25mg. Along with other supplements folivite & Gemcal. She took her 1st dose covishield on 21st may. 10days later she got fever 100.5, Rt-pcr negative. But crp was 105. Fever subsided in 4-5 days. Was this due to vaccine?? Shud she take 2nd dose??

Arthritis patients usually can be managed with less than 20 mg of steroids (Omnacortil). Effect of vaccine will be more if dose of Omnacortil is less than 20 mg per day.
