Narayana Astra was used by Krishna bhagawan to counter Pashupatastra , and it overpowered/countered it successfully after which Krishna bhagawan used Maha Jrumbanastra on Lord Shiva which made which took him into a deep sleep state and lord Shiva disappeared from the battleground temporarily and thus Krishna bhagawan was able to cut the hands of Banasur with his Sudarshan Chakra and forced him to surrender and was going to take his life when lord shiva reappeared later at the end and requested Krishna bhagawan to spare life of banasur. Everyone part of Lord Shivas & Banasur’s army was defeated by lord Krishna and Lord Balaram in this war. Now you all can come to a conclusion which Astra and who is more powerful. Bhai Brahmandastra naam ka koi astra nahi hain. Yeh Vashisht rishi ka dand tha jisse unhone Rishi Vishwamitra ki saare divyastro ko vifal Kiya tha apne tapobal se. Yeh Suryaputra Karna serialwalo ne isey brahmandastra bana diya. Vashisht rishi ki dhanurved samhita mein brahmastra teen prakaar ke hain brahmastra, brahmadand, brahmashir. Sabse upar brahmashir hain joh devta, asur brahmand ka vinaash kar sakta hain. Dusre mein brahmadand aata hain joh Yamraaj ke barabar shatruo ko bhi maar sakta hain.
