Once upgraded, if you got the upgraded college, then you have to accept that college. If you don't get the upgraded college, then u will have the previous college as it is.

Withdraw or Cancel your admission are the same option, don't be confused over that. Second thing, if u have upgraded, then u need not to choose the freeze option. It would be a minor technical glitch. Rest assured
