Only pagaria,aparna (india made )radios are available in the range of 1000-1500rs.contrary to this market is flooded with smart speakers.it means people are turning heavily towards mobile radios. Namaskar Sir. Another top of the line conceptual video on DAB from your end. I applaud your efforts that you put onto your content for all of us here. It indeed sounds horrific to even think about a day, gettin' up early in the morning only to figure out that FM and MW transmissions are all things of past and one need to put their hands onto a high priced gadget to tune Digital Radio Signals!! As the video proceeded, my concerns for DAB (& DRM alike!) attained a full swing because the grassroot implementation of these technologies alongwith easy availability and affordability of supported receivers are nowhere to be found. And limited line of sight for clear signal was a final nail onto the coffin. Yet many countries have adopted these technologies for cost cutting transmission methodologies which seems apt. Like I quoted before and will put my assertion as always, a fine balance for all modes should be encouraged and a level playing field should be provided to cater radio listeners from all walks of life.
