Yea toh custody chahnewale pati yea patni par our bhi harras karnewale baat ho gayi . Ek toh cases hotey hai time killing . Phir se ek naya case karna yeani kaam kaaj chhor kar court ke chakkar kaattey raho . Court agar khud hi public ki waqt barbaad karne ke nayi nayi tarikey dhundta firega aise toh kya system hi sawal nehi ban jaayega ? Last of all ..... Yea toh representive lawyer yea advocate ko pata hona chahiye kaun saa case kab daalna hai yea nehi . Oon ki galatiyo kaa saza keu applicant party vugtey ? Sab party ko agar law expert banna hai toh lawyers kis baat ke charges lete hai ? Ab oon ki galatiyo par kya Compensation case kiya jaa sakta hai ? Agar nehi toh kis kaam kaa juditiary system ? Or agar kiya jaa sakta hai toh fir paisa aur waqt dono ki lag jayegi . Yea dual policies ke liye kaanoon par varosa kam hotey jaa rahe hai public me .

Sir I m mera thane court me case chal raha hai 498 aur dv 4 saal sa date p date 1 baby hai meri 2.5 saal ki yehe case k chalte mom ki death hogyi hai na 15 lakh wife demand court k hisb se kitna padega no property maximum ???

Sir, Namaskar🙏🏻🙏🏻, I’m a govt employee. My wife went her maternal home abt 2.5 yrs ago n did not join back till date. I filled a case of Sec 09 in Haryana in which she gave her written statement that she doest want to join the company with the petitioner. Subsequently, I’ll file divorce case shortly. My minor son aged abt 3 yrs staying with my wife in Uttar Pradesh. My wife did not allow me n my parents to meet with my son. Now, I want to get custody of my son so plz tell me sir, where I’ll file a case of child custody. Is it possible, child custody case will be filed in my district family court in Haryana?

Sir, I filed a complaint case and wrote section 500 and other sections in the complaint but forgot to write section 211. The court considered it a false allegation against me and summoned the opponent under section 500. I need to add section 211 to the facts of the case same no changes. So what can be added..
