To avoid downfall of sugar during sleep, I take 4th small meal of the day just before going to bed. And, I check the sugar level fbs, pp, and before going to sleep, daily. Pp : 1 hour 40 minutes to 1 hour 50 minutes after the last morsel of the meal.
