Sir i have one condition that is belongs to my family, the condition is due to long cockfight between my family and relatives and due to harassment my father had given our own land to these relatives in writing but that land was totally belonged to us on that timer we were not so aware of it. Now i realised and wanting to take back this land. Since we already sold this land to them without accepting any cost. Therefore it is requested you that kindly lighten me on what basis i can take it back ? Thank you !

Plz make video on such scenarios also for example - Property (land or plot) was purchased 14 or 16 years ago via notary and till date registration was not done... house has been bluit on it... now, how to get the registry in present situation or without involvement of that seller...

Pls enlighten about perpetual/ mendatory injunction in case of claiming possession from unauthorised occupant who happens to be previous owner of the property sold to other person.

Hamare plot(10%) and gov. Road(90%) ke between land encroch kar rkha h. May us ko C.O., Thana,D.M., S.P., ko application diya. At last anumandal lok sikayat Sitamadhi,bihar ko file kiya, all report is good. Gov. Amin report, C.I. report. But this gov. road is not free from encrochment.

Sir mere dada ji kisi ko kuchh din(I mean 5-6year) rahne ke liye kuchh jamin die lekin us aadmi ne uske bad bhi lagbhag kabja kar lia, but mere papa ji abhi bhi us jamin ka kagjat hai ., Us jamin ko kaise le please advice,, ab mere dada ka dehant hue lagbhag 11-12, years ho chuka hai..

सर हम पांच भाई हैं इसमें से एक भाई ने माता जी को दवा कराने के बहाने मुंबई ले गया माताजी बात करने और पहचानने और बोलने में असमर्थ थी , मुंबई दवा कराने के बहाने मुम्बई ले गया और माताजी का सर्टिफिकेट बनवा कर की माताजी मेंटली सही है मुंबई से उत्तर प्रदेश के गांव का रजिस्टर्ड वसीयत करवा लिया, दो जगह की प्रॉपर्टी को जो एक जौनपुर और एक प्रतापगढ़ जिला में है एक प्रॉपर्टी की वसीयत अपने लड़कों के नाम ,और एक प्रॉपर्टी की वसीयत अपनी बेटी के नाम जो शादीशुदा है , वसीयत करवा दिया क्या करवा दिया कि मुकदमा चल रहा है चार भाई बनाम एक भाई जिसका निष्कर्ष नहीं निकल रहा है अभी ,सर दूसरी दिक्कत यह है पिताजी मेंटली डिस्टर्ब है पहचानते नहीं किसी को माताजी के खत्म हो जाने पर माताजी के रूम से सारे कागजात उस एक भाई के पास है पिताजी मेंटली डिस्टर्ब है सर हम लोगों के पास वो आने नहीं देते मिलने भी नहीं देते जबकि चार भाइयों में कोई खोट नहीं है सर यह प्रॉब्लम है कि कहीं पिताजी से रजिस्ट्री चुपके से ना करवा ले व वसीयत न करवा ले जो कि मेंटली डिस्टर्ब फिटनेस का कागज बनवा कर कुछ भी कर सकते हैं इस किस्म के आदमी है ऐसा हम क्या कर सकते हैं कि जो प्रॉपर्टी है वह पांचों भाइयों को बराबर बराबर मिल जाए सर नहीं तो रहने के लिए जमीन नहीं बचेगी हम लोगों के पास जिसके लिए आपके सुझाव के आभारी हैं सर आप मुझे मार्गदर्शक दीजिये

सर कृपया बताएं कि विधवा औरत का पति सरकारी टीचर था तो विधवा के वारिसान प्रमाण पत्र में कौन कौन हकदार होंगे क्या विधवा फिर से शादी भी कर सकेगी अपने पति की नौकरी पाने के बाद या उसे अपने पूर्व पति के घर पर ही रहना पडेगा इस विषय पर एक विडियो अवश्य बनाये।

सर मैने Bajaj company se platina bike खरीदी. पुनः पाच दिन के बाद कुछ कारण से bike एजेंसी में जमा कर दी .एक साल बाद नोटिस भेजा कि अपकी bike हमारे एजेंसी बेच दी.बिना सूचना दिये ही.और कह रहे हैं कि आप bike का पूरा कीमत देने के लिए उतरदायी हैं इसके बारे मे नियम बताए तुरंत ही.bike फाइनेंस पर लिए थे

Sir एक प्रश्न है- 20-25 साल पहले एक जमीन खरीदी गई उस समय का जो दाम था उसके अनुरूप। और जिससे जमीन खरीदी गई थी वो sc category है, और जिसने खरीदा है obc category का, जो स्टाम्प पर लिखाया गया था बस क्योंकि इनकी जमीन दूसरे वर्ग को लिखी नही जाती। और आज वो दूसरे किसी से बेचने की बात कर रहा है या बेच दिया है तो सर इसका निवारण क्या है क्या करें????आदि आदि
