Total Bullshit. He is trying to create a very nice and saintly image of Haryana in general and Jat in particular. Caste violence and untouchability in Haryana was as rampant as it was in UP or Bihar as noted by sociologists and anthropologists in 18th and 19th century. Infact caste violence against SC is still rampant as recorded in Mirchpur killings of Dalits by Jats. This man is a Jat supermacist. The atrocities against lower castes cannot be absolved by these kind of propaganda.

Every community has its unique "cultural capital". Certain communities valued being soldiers at certain point in history. This was captured as "martial race" theory by the British. Someone may be weber or Dawkins has written extensively on it, in reference to Protestant cultural capital phenomenon in Europe.
