If possible please look from students point of view too ...🙏 Parents are paying fee nd students are getting degree but when they look/ go for job seniors exploit them ...some parents take loan for child's education but child fail to get good job only because of lack of recommendation nd experience...those children who have sources, their kids easily get job nd we all know partical work is not so tough,a student who can clear all his exms nd have degree,such student have the capacity to do well in pratical field but no one is ready to pay them a reasonable amount of salary... everyone is asking for experience but no one want to hire a non experience how will they get experience.. I thought labours were exploited but now I believe it is the youngest graduate who suffers the most ...a minimum salary must be fix for young graduate.

I think this is the main reason Many First Generation Lawyers "HAVING UPPER MIDDLE CLASS/RICH BACKGROUND, WHO COME FROM URBAN AREAS, HAVING WELL BACKUP & DIRECT-INDIRECT CONNECTION WITH SENIOR COUNSEL/JUDGES have made their mark in legal profession... Not every mistake is young lawyer's fault... Their are other aspects too... Seniors played a vital role in the young lawyer's career but what.. Doctors can issue Medical Certificates and earn money, Engineers can go for surveys and issue fitness certificates, designs, maps and can earn money. CAs can conduct audits of companies, business and also can certify income of individuals resultantly can earn huge money. There is no single such earning source for lawyers. Hence, they face deep depression and finally they are out of profession means jobless forever.

Affidavits and declaration, stamp papers can be used by lawyers for income and there are some more sources of income which can be utilised like recently, making of annual EWS certificate where they can issue income self declaration. There are lakhs of certificated issued annually for 10% EWS reservation. It can be issued in every district. It's a way of earning annual income

Sir, The main cause is that Sr. Lawyers do not pay or pay very very little amount to them. That is the only cause for which young Lawyers leave the profession. Seniors take full advantage and exploite Juniors to the hilt. They work for 12 to 14 hours of labour everyday but the Seniors pay them like a begger.

Namaste sir🙏🏽 I'm a student preparing for competitive exams but I have been falsely implicated under sections 323,504 and 506 of IPC ( it is a cross case, I've also made my opposition charged under sections 323,452,504 and 506 on the same day of dispute) and my opposition got FIR lodged against me through section 156(3) CRPC (after 8 months), means the Police didn't lodge FIR directly. Since FIR against me is false that's why I have made petition u/s 482 CRPC in Allahabad highcourt for quashing the FIR but Highcourt has given stay order. Sir, I'm very much tense about whether will I be eligible for getting government job specially of post like police SI and any other government job. Sir please 🙏🏽 help sir padhne me Mann nhi lagta. I am near to be appointed as an accountant in UPPCL. Will there be any adverse effect in my appointment process? Please 🙏🏽 help

Bhai main advocate to nahi hu lekin itna bata sakta hu ki agar high court nein tumhe tumhare khilaf ki FIR par stay de diya hai to uske karan wo complaint stayed matlab स्थगित kehlati hai aur jab tak same high court ya supreme court ke dwara stay vacate na kiya jaye tab tak tumhare khilaf koi karyawahi nahi ki jayegi..Apne shahar ka koi achha criminal advocate dhund kar unko hire karo aur apni FIR quash karwane ka prayas karwao.

bhai cross case hai dono samjhota kar lo ya phir case lado, better option is samjhota kar lo, le deke (as per experience of my 1 year advocacy) paisa aur waqt dono vach jayega samne wala bhi de dega kuch paisa agar de sakega toh😊

Sabse badi baat ki atlast human being hai advocate bhi chahe senior ho ya junior koi kisi ko badta hua nahi dekh sakta isliye office boy banake rakhte hai sab new lawyers ko . Best hai ap khud se mehnat karo drafting sikho old drafting niklwao jese tese or khud se litigation start karo . Mene kisi k under practice nahi kari coz mene dekha ki kya soshan hota hai new lawyers ka toh best hai khud se start karo ho sake to suru k cases free m karo definitely u will get benefits and self respect bhi maintain rahega and apne face value ki bazati hone se bacha paoge.

Mera padosi jooo vakil hai woh vehical accident ka hi care resolve kartay hai woh koi fees nahi leeta hai. Par court claim kay settlement ki 10% fees lete hai Agar court 40 lac muuavza deta hai Vakil ko 6 month mai 4 lac milta hai.

With all due respect, I am sorry to say that this sort of video is not expected from you. This is such a demotivating video Sir. You have only pointed out the problem faced by the first generation lawyer without suggesting any solution therefor. You appear to have gained years of experience in the field of litigation. The man of your stature should try every possible way to guide us and give us the right direction. If all the lawyers starts pointing out the problems in the name of challenges just as you have done in this video, those young people who dream of becoming a lawyer will not feel very enthusiastic and proud to choose this profession. This is such a noble profession. I hope from now onwards you start making videos in which the challenges are addressed and the problems being faced by the young lawyers are resolved through your own personal and practical experience. Only then young lawyers like myself may be able to avail any benefit from your videos in particular. Don't mind my comments here. I only want the senior like you to encourage and inspire the young lawyers. You showed only the problem and not the solution. That was my only concern over here.

Sir mai khud practice karti hu civil advocate ke roop mai 1.5sal ho gye h mujhe samajh jyada kuchh aata to nhi siniour daudate to khub h h 100rs pr day dekar hm logo ko but mujhe kabhi bhi ye batane mai ashamed feel nhi hota h ki mai advocate hu

good , i am also practicing as junior. advice for you aapke seniors ki cases file pada karo, judgement pada karo, bahas suna karo , aur ho sake toh khud ki practice start karne ki koshish karo agar basics clear hai toh, baki toh aap sikh jaoge dhire dhire , warna humare office mein ek sir (junior sir ke) hai jo 8 saal ho gye khudka start karne ki himmat nhi kar paa rhe hai😅
