Regular exercise and SAZ DS made my life normal. There is no pain in my body. I have seasonal fruits every morning, avoid street food, and don't consume too much sugar. Alcohol and sugar are not for AS (Ankylosing Spondylitis) warriors. Be positive, be happy, as stress isn't good for us. After waking up, do some exercise. I had lost hope in life but now I am leaving happily. Accept it and find happiness in it. Everything will be fine.

I took infliximab biologic once in 2021 and after that I couldn't continue that. Now I take indomethacin 25mg pill daily once and stay active. Pain is undercontrol or almost no pain. But if I miss that pill for 1-2 day then pain and stiffness starts again. My AS was diagnosed in 2006

Hii siir. I have been recently diagnosed with Ankylosing spondolysis at the age of 18 and i have its symptoms from last 2 year... Sir my earlier symptoms were "Stiffness, sharp pain in morning and evening in lower spine and difficulty while sleeping" and get "relaxed with movements" and this symptoms were only for intaial 4-5 months of pain....... Saurav, mai aapki taklif aur dard samay sakta hu. Yeh kahani sirf aapki nahi hai balki kafi logon ki hai. AS ka nidaan hone ke liya 6-7 saalon ki deri hoti hai; sirf Bharat me nahi to puri duniya me. 15-20 saal pehle AS ka TB misdiagnosis kafi common tha. Doctors me bhi AS ka awareness kam hai. Please doctor answer🙏 Sir, I am on adalimumab since 2 years this jan 2024 I got lymph node TB 18mm and after ATT treatment of 9months it got reduced to 15mm as shown in CT scan. ATT will continue for 3-6 more months as my doc said I had to leave taking biologic in jan 2024 but by the time of may 2024 my pain was very high ESR AND CRP were around 60-70 so doctor advised me to continue adalimumab along with TB treatment which is still going on. (Since saazo, retoz dont work on me much) with adalimumab I get 95% pain relief Am i safe? Will my tb get cure fully? Was taking biologic with ATT safe decision?

Hi sir really love your video your video are just absolutely awesome, sir I was taking 5mg tofacitinit for past 8 months and my AS went into remission I was exercising daily but the suddenly I started running, now my AS flare is back for almost 2 months there’s immense pain and life is really stressful now(bcs of work) I’ve been taking medrol now along with Etogeaic. Suruyansh dont do vigorous exercises like running, slowly slowly you increase your exercises. Now you consult, dr may revise your medication, take rest and you will get improvement. I am also having AS.

Sir , in 2013 when i was 23 suddenly i I felt pain in back , with in 14 days i felt pains in back ,neck, left shoulder, right knee and right feet finger , the pain was horrible , after consulting with lot of doctors and tests it was known to me i that i am suffering with AS , i am hla b 27 positive , after 6 months of painful life slowly i came to normal life , from 2014 almost i am liveing quite normal life, sometimes suffering with sciatica pain , but last 4 days i am feeling little pain in neck and in knee , i take sazo 500 every days , last 4 days i am taking it twice , but still feeling little pain , in coming January i am planning for my marriage , now i am very scared , and my office also 270km away from my home ,

Sir mai utrakhnd se hu....age 22 hai meri...ghutne k dard se dard se shuruaat hui thee.. 2011 mai kisi doctor k paas usne kamar mai painkillers daal diye...uske ek saaal baad feer se dard hua toh uss doctor ne penicilin k 5 injection daal diye...do mahine k under mai....feer jb pain dobaaraa huaa toh kisi aur doctor ne haddi ki T.B ki dwaa khaane ko bol diyaa 8 months k liye.....feer 2018 mai eye redness aayi toh eye kaa alg treatmnt chlwaa diya...feer 2021 mai sUshilaa tiwaari hospital m gyaa toh waahn jaake ptaa chlaa haddi ki toh koi t.b thee hee nahi....khaali khilaatey reh gye dwaai...10 saal baad ptaa chlaa ankylosing kaa problm hai .....aur usko chaar saal se mange krr rhaa hu painkillers khaa k daily...dycnac MR dexona 0.5mg.. And acilog 150....abb aaap hee btaaiiye aise mai doctoron se viswaas nahi uthegaa toh kyaa hogaa. Sirr??? Khud hee sochiye...aurr saaz bhi khaa k dekhi...vo pett mai discomfort kr de rhi hai...aur daily painkillers le rhaa hu pichle 5 saal se ...tb jaake thodaa aaraam hai vrnaa doctor bhrose baith k hrr teen mahine mai nark dekh rhaa thaa sirr mai...aapl khuch jwaab dijiye mujhe sir....

Saurav, mai aapki taklif aur dard samay sakta hu. Yeh kahani sirf aapki nahi hai balki kafi logon ki hai. AS ka nidaan hone ke liya 6-7 saalon ki deri hoti hai; sirf Bharat me nahi to puri duniya me. 15-20 saal pehle AS ka TB misdiagnosis kafi common tha. Doctors me bhi AS ka awareness kam hai.
