Hi Dr. Thanks for the info. I am a 43 year old male. I was diagnosed with hyper prolactin and low testosterone. First test result in 2023 was 43 and Testosterone was only 30. He DID NOT suggest any MRI but started Cabergolin 0.25 mg twice a week. He said it was not necessary to do MRI as the level did not warrant an expensive test and he started treatment. He feels I need to take Cabergoline for 2-3 years and also Cernos Depot injections till 60 years of age. What is your opinion on this advice and your views for me? Would you agree? Normal Thyroid functions, Normal Lipids, Normal Glucose levels. Normal PSA. Thanks :)

Ma'am, mine is 78. It was discovered yesterday. Ive been asked to get MRI pituitary gland done. They said it will be contrast MRI. Will they put injection for that? Im very very scared to get MRI done for brain. My thyroid profile was completely normal. I had got a full body check up done so everything was fine except for Vitamin D, Vitamin B-12 and prolactin. Vitamin D was 24 and vitamin B-12 was borderline. Prolactin was 78.

Mam I have a question, I did a routine lab test last month and at that time my TSH value was -6.2 with reference of 2-5 and my prolactin was 40 with reference of 5-20 and I went to the homeopathic medication and it’s been a month now I again had a my test done and my TSH was reduced to 5.2 and my prolactin was increased to 256 , is it concerning? Is my prolactin is related to hypothyroidism? But my TSH is improving and prolactin is increasing

the right half of anterior pituitary gland is mild bulky as compared to other side the gland is homogenous hypointense on t1w image and hyperintense on t2w image no focal lesion is conspicousus on routine image on post contrast dynamic pituitary imaging a focal non enhancing hypointense area is identified in right half of the gland on realty phases which is showing mild enhancement on late phases rest of the gland is normal in appreance the lesion is meauring 2.5 mm..mam ye mari report hai ..mera polactine level 180 aya h....mam me 5 sal ka bacha feed le raha tha kya ye bhi vjh hai ..kya ye medcine se thik ho sakta hai
