Sri lanka is the actual lanka is still a mystery. As per valmiki ramayana lanka was situated at 0/0 longitude and latitude which by any means is not present day lanka. Furthermore, as per oceanography research published papers, present day lanka was land connected with present day India then what makes Rama to construct such a massive bridge? Perhaps, present day lanka was one amongst the places out of multiple lands / islands where the Ramayana battle was fought. I would sincerely appreciate to hear more on this from the respective scholars.

Hello brother for your question I have answer ..whatever you are telling is approximately correct.. present srilanka nation is not a ravana Lanka.. In history during cholas, pandyas time Sri Lanka is known as simhalaka dweepam in Dravidian (Tamil language) dweepam means island..which is the trade centre of cholas at that time and later it became place for buddist and Jainism..but it is not a ravana Lanka.. Actually according to yuga and time period ramayana is happend in trethayuga and that trethayuga belongs to 24th mahayuga..and we are living in 28th mahayuga in kaliyuga..it means 1 mahayuga= 4 yugas.. so ramayana took around 1 cr 94 lakh years ago..yes it is true..if you have doubt you can calculate the years from the number of yuga what is said...and it is completely different topic...but coming into original subject ravana Lanka is exactly located at 100 yojanas far from Rameshwar Southern part of India..it means 1 yojana=12 kilometres in calculation 1200 kilometres ravana Lanka is located and it is not srilanka and that to it is located in middle of Indian Ocean...so that's why Hanuman ji has travelled that much far..but today srilanka is just 50 to 100 kilometres far from Rameshwar or kanyakumari..even present ravana Lanka is ruling under the rule of vibhishana maharaj the younger brother of ravana.. because vibhishana is immortal it means he is one of the chiranjeevi in saptha chiranjeevis...and he is presently ruling the kingdom of Lanka and their people of demons...he is a good person and some situations happened in srirangam temple in Tamil Nadu present that some sadus had saw vibhishana at night time in temple on some aoucpisious days in hidden form with his demons and at where he comes to worship ranganatha swamy.. it's hims...but today's technology and we present human people cannot see Lanka because it is located in another dimension like shambhala ..in kaliyuga no human being cannot visit them but they can...if they want to visit..but no humans can't visit and it is invisible to kaliyuga period people..
@gouravchoudhary-5623 Жыл бұрын
@@kankarlabharath6819 it's informative and I know that before also. But why that srilanka means original Lanka is invisible right now there is many part in this earth which is same oldest as original lanka so why they all places are visible and Lanka become invisible please clarify it.

And Srilanka government also making everyone fool just to gain money from tourism by showing false proofs as Srilanka was ruled by Ravana.The ancient Lanka is still exists now in one hidden dimension which normal people can't see. It is still ruling by Vibhishana.

The name Sri Lanka was officially given as the name to India's neighbouring country only in 1972, by changing it from Ceylon that how it was called by the British, and prior to receiving independence in 1948 it was called British Ceylon. In 1972, the country became a republic within the Commonwealth, and its name was changed to Sri Lanka. Prior to that until 1972 it was Dominion of Ceylon and had a Governor-General who represented the British Monarch (Queen or King) just like it is today with Canada, Australia and New Zealand. In the ancient times Sri Lanka was called by many other names other than Ceylon and among them are Seilan, Serendib (Called by Arabs), Simhaladvipa, Tambapanni, Taprobane (Called by Greeks). Unfortunately there are a few in Sri Lanka are trying to distort history by saying that Sri Lanka is Ravana's Lanka that is mentioned in the Ramayana Indian Epic. These few people to get cash from tourism and attract Indian tourists even falsely claim that the Sigiriya World Heritage Site was Ravana's palace. Sigiriya has nothing to do with Ravana mentioned in the Ramayanaya. There is archealogical and historical artifact evidence that Sigiriya was built by the Sri Lankan king Kashyapa I of Anuradhapura (of the Kingdom of Anuradhapura in Sri Lanka), Cuurently it is considered that the Sigiriya Rock World Heritage Site built by king Kashyapa I of Anuradhapura was used as a Royal Pleasure Garden. Based on Sri Lankan archealogical findings Ravana's Lanka is completely different that the currently known country of Sri Lanka. Dr Senarath Dissanayake who served as the Director General of the Department of Archeology has spoken a lot about the lie of trying to claim that Ravana mentioned in the Ramayana Epic lived in Sri Lanka, and one can fine several discussions where he says about it can be found in videos on KZbin (like the one that has the title "රාවණා තනිකරම බොරුවක් - පුරාවිද්යා අධ්යක්ෂ ඡනරාල් මහාචාර්ය සෙනරත් දිසානායක | History Special EP"). Even Ellawala Medhananda Thero (එල්ලාවල මේධානන්ද) who is a Sri Lankan Buddhist monk and an academic scholar has spoken about the false claim that some people claim Ravana lived in Sri Lanka (one can find the video titiled "රාවණාගේ ඇත්ත නැත්ත" and "රාවණාගේ ඇත්ත නැත්ත | Story of Ravana | එල්ලාවල මේධානන්ද හිමි | Ellawala Medhananda Thero").

If Ravan's lanka fort was built totally of gold then where is that gold today? What happened with that gold fort? Ans. It
@zedz_playsapex7295 Жыл бұрын
No it's not made up of gold Today people think about Sona as gold But at that time sone ki Lanka means the place which is highly educated and well architect According to ancient India knowledge was treasure. It's like resembling gold with knowledge
@A_man_of_culture_25 Жыл бұрын
Bro it was made thousands of year's ago maybe more than that, the fort was destroyed maybe due to natural calamities or invasion we don't know the exact story we only know the Ramayana phase where Lord Rama killed ravana and then his brother vibhishan was crowned. What happen to Lanka and sone ki mahal we don't know.

Hanumanji ne to lanka ko jalaya tha . Ravan ke mahal bhi jala hoga . India me Ancient temples bhi gold , diamonds ruby se jade jate the mughals or britishers ne loot liya . Rajmahal bhi gold ke hote the aj nahi dikhte. Ravan ka mahal kaise rahega hajaro salo me . Sare evidence nahi milenge aj. Aj ki generation ne jo banaya vo hajaro sal me nahi milega vo bhi nahi manenge . kahenge ki ye kalpnik hai . Proof do .

@shikhardubey745 Жыл бұрын
Not natural it's man made . But it isn't the Same Ram Setu that Vanar Sena built to reach Lanka. Sri Lanka Isn't the Lanka that is mentioned in ramayan. Infant The Present day Sri Lanka is historically called Sinhala Dweepa. There is possibility that In Sri Lanka the far b/w Ram ji's Sena and Ravana's Sena had been fought
