No, it is not Kaala paani. In Himachal,the remote areas are like this only.I remember a place.(I think Kungash) ,where the bus from Simla used to leave us ,at a place ,which was about 15 kms. from our village and we had to go there with full baggage on our shoulders and back ,on foot.But the scenery is so beautiful and one can enjoy fruit like kainth , naashpati etc. on the way.One does not feel tired.It had its own charm.
