Thank you for the valuable information. I have lived in Dubai. There are many Sikhs. Sharjah government has given special permission to the Sikhs to wear turbans while riding 2 wheelers. The group of Sikhs are specially invited on national day and other government functions with their motorcycles cavalcade.

I agree that most non Muslims are deeply prejudiced abt the way Muslims dress and look(including me). Last year I along with Sanghi friends visited the Museum at a historical place Lakkundi in K'taka where we came accross an old moustache shaven bearded Muslim guide whose help we took. Initially my friends doubted the mans ability to explain the details about temple architecture,historical intricacies,Shaiva Vaishnava or Jain background etc. But he surprised us with his knowledge about history of each temple as well as relative indian and ancient mesopotomium history.The He was even capable of reading old Kannada inscriptions and explain what they meant. My Sanghi friends first sneered at him but at the end they were grudgingly acknowledging his knowledge. He became our friend and we forgot his shaven moustache and long beard.

I don't undestand your context, whenever you feel islam is in crisis, you take such topics, sikhs are utmost respected in India (i know many unhealthy people are obsessed with making poor jokes but in overall India people with pagadi are very much respected). Now on other hand, When the case was of Sabrimala, was the faith followed? The temple was not discriminating, the sanctity is based on faith believes and traditions; if you believe, you can enter, else no one forcing you. Their are multiple temples in India where male are not allowed but women. Now same applies for haji ali dargah, the trustee might have decided as per faith to not allow woman, but again court ordered to allow woman. In practice I fail to see woman in large number to offer prayer at mosques in India(please correct me if i am wrong, i welcome healthy debate)

@@bushrashafaat5284 you can't get away with it by just saying that it was promoted by other factors, no one said to that 18 year old boy to slay that teacher who showed prophet cartoons he was inspired by atmosphere around him and maybe this was taught to him since childhood and maybe same is being taught to billions of muslims worldwide so please reform your religion accept your problems and start working on them...
