I m resident of Wave Exe Floor. 1. Security :- poor 2. Electricity :- Electricity rate is very high and KW load. i think 3 KW ka load kaha hua hai but 3 KW hai hi nahi because 1 Oven chalye to electricity cut kar jati hai . Please check whether load 3 KW or not. 3. Water :- Water pressure very low and some time pressure is very high 4. Need to open Any mall or commercial shops near wave executive or in front of 3 BHK flat. They are constructing G+6 in front of 3 BHK but they told us commercial construction will be there. Without own conveyance nothing is possible there. 5. ATM, Petrol Pump, School, Hospital etc. 6. Club house charges should ne nil or minimum charges for residents. because we have already paid Rs. 1 lakh for club House. Why we pay Rs. 25000 for any birthday party or any other function. 8. Cracks should be repair immediately. wall quality very low grade.

Not yet Vandana ji. I visited Wave City-Executive Floors last Saturday, there are still pending issues like installation of IPGL pipeline, lift. I too have booked a flat there. They are not sharing any ETA regarding the offer of possession in plain terms. If someone has any updated information regarding the same, kindly share.
