It might have moderate success on PSN due to the reviving interest in 3D Platformers. Be sure to buy Psychonauts and Ape Escape 2 on PS4 to help send the message home that there is an audience for these types of games. It could potentially increase the chances of Kya being resurrected.

I'm glad to see Kya still has interest from the players! It's an unknown game and it should be more known! It definitely deserved more than one game too! I don't want to sound preachy or advertisy.. but I think if everyone can get on the KDL wiki and join KDL groups on facebook.. we can all put our heads together and see if we can do anything to get us some recognition of this classic game, and maybe even get a sequel!

I hope you're not talking about the facebook page with 314 likes, and a profile picture of Kya in the forest that says it debuts in 2003.. because if so.. that is the fan page I made on facebook! XD As I am trying to get more activity for the game so more people will notice it and get interested in it. But otherwise, if they have created a Kya on facebook, I'd love to see it.

It's only the beginning of the game. There's quite a lot to it: the wind-related mechanics such as being pushed against the wall by a rotating fan to cross a chasm, free-falling and maintaining a certain altitude in wind tunnels, and there's two different kinds of dinosaur/kangaroo-like animals to ride and a pretty solid Brawler-like combat system that opens up more the more upgrades you collect.. Might not be everyone's cup of tea in that regard, but for what my word is worth as a stranger on the internet, it's still an interesting game to check out further.
