Same here. 82kmpl achieved on highway. 2017 model black and silver. The torq technology they are using in every bike is known as Blue Core. One side engine parts are bigger, and other side parts of engine are a bit shorts. The fz series also using this blue core technology from a long time and yamaha discontinued all his old 100, 110 and 125 cc bikes like 100cc Crux( still have from 2004), YBR110 (still have from 2012), Gladiator 125 (my cousin brother still have) all are in ideal condition, they all are working fine till now. But all are discontinued now, Now we have last purchased saluto 125 2017(discontinued). They introduced this 125 cc bike with blue core technology. The performance is outstanding. A bike with 125 cc engine performs like a 150cc (other brand's). They give in this bike initial pickup more than other brand's 125cc bikes. And the main USP of this bike is 3rd and 4th gear initial torq, you can easily Cruze this bike from 20kmph speed without gear change, no matter you are running on 3rd or 4th gear 😁. It catches the speed like a rocket. Overtaking is super easy on highways and city traffic. Despite all this it gives a magical mileage of 82kmpl. My YBR 110 still gives 70+ mileage on high way and it is a 10 year old bike (purchased in 2012). Sadly the monopoly of government forced yamaha to shut down production of 100 and 125cc and that's why they also discontinued R3, the new version of R3 is available in international market but india will never get this beast (king of 300cc) . Worst management team also responsible for not making a good image of Yamaha as an leading brand. This brand is the most reliable brand in the world. if you serch on google, every time you will find the YAMAHA on top. It's and engineer's brand. We are 4 mans in our family so we have 3 bikes, now we are selling YBR110 and Crux and going to buy A fascino and a MT15.

The talking point is the Smart Motor Generator (SMG) that now has an added functionality of ‘adopting the hybrid system’, says Yamaha. It basically works as an electric motor, providing power assist when taking off from standstill or climbing up an incline. The rider gets a notification on the instrument cluster when the power assist function is in operation. The system cuts off power assist after three seconds of setting off or after a predetermined rpm is crossed. It also stops if the rider closes the throttle.... I think it will clear your doubts 😊🙏
