Just nothing like a good pack of beagles. The only we do different is clean them as soon as we harvest them. That way when we get home it feed water rinse and soak and a cold beer. Thanks for sharing

Ok,True story:I'd taken my Dachshund Bella rabbit hunting & my friends were ragging me with their dogs' pedigrees back 9 generations or more while I said "This is Bella,she's 8 & I got her two years ago." She got tired of trying to keep up with the Beagles so she sat at my feet once she realized that the rabbit would circle around. She caught a rabbit while the other dogs were looking at their humans like "Hey!You never told us that we could kill the rabbit.How come the long dog gets to kill the rabbit?" I got 2 rabbits that day without my firing a shot. PS.I've been moved back to Tennessee too long. I'd almost forgotten that shotguns must be plugged for hunting anything but big game in Kentucky. Almost.

I have 2 beagles - father and daughter. I live in So Cal. When my 2 beagles hunt and get that hunting chirp, heads turn! They love to hunt and catch vermin!
