Love the clarity these two young guys have about the business. And they are very honest which is very rare when it comes to Shark Tank pitchers. But it was a wrong decision not to take the offer. Kunal appears to be a very good Shark. No melodrama, no shocking reaction. His only reaction is a smile. Love that.

The world is heading towards plantation... a global issue, Piyush and Kunal's offers were very good... they offered that valuation considering several criterias and status of the company, it's true... founders should be decisive and not negotiative. Anyways, now they don't have the expertise that the two sharks would have brought in! Sad!

What Vineeta mentioned is just wrong, CC limit does not depends on your runway but on the drawing power specifically under cgtsme, and the drawing power is 25% of your receivables and 75% of your inventory. She may not be aware of this.

Uske pas 30cr ka turnover hai 33 lakh bank me 45 lakh ka receivable payable ka gap. 1.4cr ki inventory jo 70% gross margin pe sell hoti hai. 45 lakh ka optional marketing budget. Aur kuch nahi to bank se utha lenge. Koi shortage nahi hai cash ka, ye fishtank wale bakchodiya kar rahe. Khud puch rahe the base pe dip kyu liya abhi bol rahe kuch nahi hota valuation kam karne se. Investors ka confidence zyada important hai, guidance hai uske pas already.

Bohot zyada marketing spend hai. Guys if you wanna build brand in this category, start off with a KZbin & Instagram content until you pull-off numbers. While on the backend, learn the fundamentals of the business. I promise, this would be such a profitable way of doing the business you can't even imagine. But it would take 5-10 years in the making, slow, linear growth also could become a Billion dollar brand if you positioned yourself internationally.
