My dad was never around growing up, never really got to know him but when he passed it had a huge impact on me just as him not being there did. Keep on keepin on, you have a good support system, just keep a solid head on your shoulders as you have and everything will fall into place. Love the new build.

Condolences on both losses! Losing Lizzy was absolutely dire! She was way to young! As for your Dad, Yes it's hard. I lost mine in 2013. You know what I find helps, Just never forget and talk to them. You know like when something goes right, thank them for watching over or when something isn't going right, ask for their help. It helps in my opinion. Beautiful new hot rod for sure! Looking forward to seeing it win!

I found my dad dead when I was 18 years old. We hadn't spoken in a year and two weeks before he passed away unexpectedly I called him and asked him to come eat for my birthday. I was so glad we talked thing over and made up. I would not have been able to live with myself if I hadn't called him. Now I take care of my 92 year old mother so I will be the one that finds her also. Not a fun thing to do but it will be rewarding in the long run. I owned a detailing shop and still do it and I know how hard it is to keep black paint looking right. The test passes look great. One of the best shake downs of a new car I've seen is a while.
