I know a lot of people will not agree but Kyekyeku is wrong...and all bit arrogant for me....people who have gone out of their way to bless you when you were not all that have to be given special service....even King Charles breaks protocol once in a while....if you need to instill your process or procedure to your special customer you have to contact the person and nicely bring them in line to protocol....what confirms his arrogance is what he said about " anybody can cry". Anyway if that's how he wants to work then that's on him.
