Thanks for doing this. It's helping me cope with the fact that I need to have surgery on my knee, I have lost 16 by 11mm and 9 by 11 mm of cartilage and I need key hole surgery. If things go wrong I might die (infection) I needed a way to cope now I can focus on this and not my surgery
