Ya i think the mistake she made was not to use his name at the start of the interview, it's just good manners, this is Kygo after all. She just says - so thank you for joining us today. I think it would have better to say his name and welcome etc.. I personally think he was quite taken aback by that, and that's possibly why he started off uncomfortable. I was even shocked at how the interview started. Not good. Sorry JMO.
