Thank you for reporting this, I think more people should know about those, not in the military, but who are also fighting to keep Ukraine going. The great workers of Ukraine, I bow down to you. Total respect.

Should get monetary help from European countries to secure the production of steel

@Kyiv Independent • Thank you for this report. I've wondered about Ukraine's access to steel since the destruction of the Azovstal complex in Mariupol. Ukraine certainly has enough destroyed military equipment to reprocess. I'm glad to see the company is surviving and producing for Ukraine.

Can't Ukraine recruit experienced workers from other countries that have experience in this line of work? ( or for any other positions that are experiencing a shortage of qualified people).

They need the appropriate language skills. In an emergency in that place you don't have time to use a translator. I was surprised the employees were not considered to be in a reserved industry and would not be mobilised.

@@braveworld2707 they probably were for a good amount of time, but you have to realize that every single business will try to use this excuse to not lose anyone, so they had to let people go who were not absolutely critical, hence on of them said - they are currently on the critical low, so most likely nobody else would be conscripted from there till replacements arrive or people return having done their tour in the armed forced

That was interesting. They don't just need more workers but rather those who know their profession with the job

Thank you. This was a very interesting video and I did wonder about steel after #russiaBarbaricInvader destroyed Mariupol and Azovstal. I hope you city has appropriate air defence to protect the citizens of the city and this vital plant. *Вічна пам'ять усім жертвам руззького терору.*

I love ❤️ you and the crucible of freedom, held fast like a fire filled helm. With Calm faces bathed in heat of Ancestors rage burning in free hearts with silvered coats . A fire rolls from our branches and arteries of liquid iron charged with oxygen... high testing steel of those with hearts robbed of love pour those plates of just desert for when raiders from red lands forget their hearts. Workers cast a investment of ingots for with Iron and God we balance and weigh or rage into metal arts to defend and demonstrate are common lordly rage to chase theifs from lands so sacred we see piers of life glowing form of a fiery tree 🌳 all ablaze with bloomery like a Sycamore in Spring...
