مقادير كيك البرتقال:
2 كوب ونصف (325 غرام) طحين لجميع الاستعمالات
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة ملح
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة باكنغ صودا (كربونات)
1 ملعقة صغيرة ونصف باكنغ باودر
4 بيض حبة كبيرة
1 كوب ونصف (300 غرام) سكر عادي
1 ملعقة صغيرة سائل الفانيليا

برش قشر برتقالة كبيرة
3/4 كوب (180 مل) زيت نباتي
1/2 كوب (120 مل) عصير برتقال طازج
3/4 كوب (180 مل) حليب

Orange cake ingredients:
2 1/2 cups (325 g) all_purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
4 large eggs
1 1/2 cups (300 g) white sugar
1 tsp pure vanilla extract (link to purchase⬇️)

1 tbsp orange blossom water
orange zest from 1 large orange
3/4 cup (180 ml) vegetable or canola oil
1/2 cup (120 ml) freshly squeezed orange juice
3/4 cup (180 ml) milk (regular or low fat)
🌹Cake Instructions 🌹
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) with the oven rack in the center of the oven. Butter and flour a 9-inch tube pan.
2. In a medium mixing bowl, sift the flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder, then whisk together. Set aside.
3. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment (or in a large mixing bowl using an electric hand mixer) beat together eggs, sugar, orange zest, vanilla and orange blossom water on medium-high speed for 2 minutes. Scraping down the sides and bottom of the bowl with rubber spatula as needed.
4. Add the oil and continue beating for 1 minute.
5. Alternately, add the flour mixture (in three additions) with the liquid (in two additions, juice first and milk second) beginning and ending with flour mixture. Mix on low speed until just combined. Do not over mix.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of cake comes out clean.
7. When removing the cake from the oven, let it rest in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert cake onto a wire rack and let cool
completely.
