The ego exists to protect us. When there is trauma in childhood, the ego is there to keep us safe. The ego isn't the problem; trauma is. When we "get" the trauma and understand it enough to begin to heal, then the ego fades into the background and we grow into the person we're meant to be .... healed, whole and connected to LIFE.

Oh wow I'm a spirit medium so I'm always working with ghosts and the whole time I'm sitting here thinking God I need to take some notes on the things that you're saying so hahaha I totally agree I think you should teach me some things help me help the ghosts too, they're way too many stubborn dead people I'm so serious I mean I'm working on getting this old man out of one of neigbors hes made both dogs go blind and im sik of these stubborn ghosts and they take one look at me and shoot me for the messanger cuz i look much younger than i am( 29 ) but i tryely believe ud help me save a lot of souls ontop of all the other souls you're saving let's turn this world to butterflies !!
