Just yesterday I did a solitary medicine ceremony and connected to that little 5 yr old, abandoned, abused and traumatized little boy that acts out, people pleases and just needs ME (higher self adult) to see/love him and join me in the present moment. Your guidance delivered in a comical and clear way is changing lives. Be encouraged - you are loved, brother.

Kyle, I listen to you every single day. I can’t thank you enough for helping me evolve. I am not completely there yet but I know a shift is coming. That alone keeps me going even on the worst days. I have many spiritual teachers here in KZbin. But there’s something about your honest, comedic delivery that I can really relate to! ❤️

Oh wow I LOVE going back to your older videos, this pertains to TODAY especially when you talk about the news on TV. You inspire me and help me stay on the positive path in a crazy world that I could paint a scary monster picture about, and sometimes do, but less and less every day, because I listen to less and less fear porn, but more and more uplifting talks like this, THEN meditate. I always run into the right info at the right time with you, synchronicity keeps my faith in who I am strong.

Kyle....your comediec way of explaining how people allow themselves to stay stuck in human suffering, and how they can change that if they chose to, is simply amazing. With every year - there will be a new teacher, with every channel, we will hear a different interpretation. There are A LOT of people getting IT from the way you share IT! I read some of the comments below - both neg and positive - for some people you may not be the right channel and it's not their time - but I just booked my ticket and I am looking forward to seeing you in May, my friend. Keep GOING!

We as a human collective have gone so far from learning by feeling ( intuition) and experience. Modern science is STILL running around in circles trying to explain (possibly to make money off of, idk) disease that ancient "primitive" people never even experienced because they listened to their bodies and remembered how foods and herbs affected them. Intuition is a lovely thing that I'm glad people are beginning to talk seriously about.

Hey Kyle - this is a happy surprise. A facebook friend (who I've never met) shared this video. I recognized your name. About 10 years ago you took the stage at Daniel Webster College when I was a freshman in college. I think I even bought one of your CDs that night. I don't think I've thought about you since. (being overly honest there) This video however, came on a perfect day at a perfect time for me. Thank you for this. We've both come far, buddy! (if you can call someone you've thought about twice in 10 years buddy!)

Watched you for a while. Some great content thank you. My only issue has always been philosophy is based an the presumption humans are special or privileged we are not never have been. Philosophers that realize this truth are rare and most valuable to us all. This perspective makes true human beings humble and aware good stewards unlike an animal. What are you?

the body doesn't die it recycles.. becomes grass feeding some animal...that gets eaten death of a story in my case my story is title my givin name, that dies,,,doe s it....was the story just a illusion, existing in a another deception called past...which is horribly inaccurate mainly cause it's geared to individual s favor and is very incomplete,

please can you explain the process of "loving" a negative thought.. I don't know if I know how to feel love, especially when in pain and depressed. I could say the words, but that isn't the way..

Yeah, I do that.. but the thoughts are not as bad as the actual physical feeling of the mood.. but I try to have equanimity with that too. I would not call it 'love' tho

Imagine an awful little kid.. a tantrum throwing two year old, a moody preteen. Inherently unpleasant/negative? Yep. But especially if that terrible kid is yours, you still love them (I hope.. haha.) Anyway, when my terrible two year old is throwing a tantrum because I put his juice in the wrong color cup, I don't shove him out of the room and ignore him.. that's no solution. Besides that, he'd only get louder. Instead, I show compassion because I know he's probably tired and and he's physiologically incapable of clearly expressing his exact feelings. So I empathize and snuggle him and put him to bed. I love him. It's the same with unwanted thoughts. I discovered a great guided meditation by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar callled "transforming emotions" (It's super short, 15 mins, and well worth checking out.) At the time I found it, I was in the first week or so clean after a number of years as an addict. For me, the thoughts I was fighting werre the intense cravings to use. The harder I fought, the stronger they'd get, until all consuming and would usually lead to my relapse. But by loving these thoughts, crazy as it sounded, I was able to let them go much easier.. Or, I should say, they left on their own accord. When I started getting that intense urge to use, instead of thinking "oh no! shit... i don't want to mess up but... ahhhh!! i can't fight it..." I would remind myself "I'm having a craving. It's totally okay and to be expected. It doesn;t mean I'm about to fail, it's part of the process of staying sober." Feeling loving towards myself and the thought like they were little kids. And it worked amazingly. Anyway, sorry for the novel in response. Hope that helped some!

I am sitting here, wanting so badly to listen to what you are saying, but the ad that just came up calling me a cheap ass if I don't buy tickets to your next event, kind of ruined the vibe. I've stayed with ya here, and I think you are my soul mate, lol but the ad came up AGAIN... WTF??????
