They definitely do regret it, Rick Hendrick put aside all the negative stuff and the fact that Larson wouldn't have support and sponsoring to give him a 2nd chance and put him in one of his cars. Right now its paying off really good.

please work on how you present highlights on youtube. the caption gives away the winner and its always preceded by the final laps bit which always shows who won. if like me you live in the uk and have a passing interest i wanna enjoy the admittedly unbalanced highlights. its hard to do so when my youtube feed immediately spoils the result... please consider how the highlights are put across for people that dont have the chance to catch this stuff properly

Racing revolves around sponsorship dollars, so in today's corporate marxism cancel culture world, sponsors didn't want to be associated with Kyle, fearing backlash from all the whiners, from the hurt feelings generation, on social media. fan here since '03 , hilarious how they try n break the draft . 600hp go karts is what this racing has become , no more jimmie johnson up front sideways leading , pretty crappy. this type of racing does help with parity , but but still not a diversification of winners , same old larson bush's truex and elliots.

@@MainMite06 wins help your marketability but they don’t define it. Sponsors in every sport are more interested in the athletes “brand” than actual talent. Obviously talented athletes/drivers tend to get better sponsors but there is a reason someone like Lebron gets 100x the sponsorship $ that Kawhi Leonard gets even though they are similar in talent.Mike trout in baseball is another example, best player of his generation yet Aaron judge gets way more endorsements. bubba has personality and non-fans know who he is. Not many drivers can say that. Dale Jr. was the same way for years. He probably made double or triple what the top drivers made in endorsements when he was a top 5 driver only a couple seasons in his career.
