This is so ridiculous. What parents would force a man to leave work and take them to 'surprise' their son and what man would just agree to go? And what parents would insist on 'surprising' their grown son in the middle of the working day anyway? How did they know he wouldn't be at work? And while it might have seemed cute to cast Scott Evan's mother but really her bad acting is just painful.

When Oliver says he hates the fact that he’s gay in a earlier video I can tell he doesn’t mean that in that way he just meant that because of how he grew up feeling insecure about himself he hated himself and just said and thought hurtful things about himself he grew up having very low self esteem and very low self care that’s what it all was and is

About those parents in real life they are the opposite of how they are in the show I mean that mom and dad at least the mom is Oliver’s mom in real life and I assume that’s his dad in real life too and I’m real life I think they are just or exactly like Kyles parents I mean I saw on a KZbin video that mom saying she loves her son for who he is and always has so in real life those parents are just like Kyles parents

I can tell even those parents feel bad about their acting in real life that’s why they probably added certain scenes like the parents saying goodbye to Oliver and coming back to do so and that explains the scenes where the parents are acting so sweet and surprising Oliver like that which in real life they are really as sweet as they come across but in the show they aren’t for sure

I also notice how the parents don’t say anything about the balloons in the background and the fact that their son is a hero I mean they do mention only briefly and like it doesn’t mean anything and that the parents talk like the only care about Oliver because of the fact that he’s straight that’s exactly what it seems like they don’t say anything about his other good qualities I mean they only seemed to want to visit just because they wanted to meet Oliver’s girlfriend I mean they don’t ever say anything nice like we miss you all the time and that we hope you’re doing well I mean it’s only because he’s straight and that doesn’t make sense
