That's just what happens at any workplace where there's no real boss who holds people accountable. That's why it has to start at the very top, with the owner, and then the GM. I worked in a department where the chief did not want to define who and what people's responsibilities were for the specific positions and even worse did not hold people accountable for things not getting done and this is the result you get. A sinking ship. Kyle rather be golfing buddies with certain high profile players and in turn guarantee they start and play regardless of who actually should play by merit. You do that and your boss didn't ride your ass for not getting the job done and you lose your entire team. There's plenty of players who see that no matter how hard they practice and how well they perform and how much they contribute, unless you're one of his buttbuddies, you ain't gonna play. Shanny needs to go but it won't matter who takes over if Jed York doesn't turn into his uncle Eddie D and start tearing up locker rooms and shaking players and coaches when they lose games. The San Francisco 49ers in each and every one of these games. Cuddos to grant all year calling out Kyle's poop stained underwear. Kyle is so toast. LaFluer and almost every other team has out coached Shanahan offensively this year. Maybe 1 creative play all game. Absolute trash of a "offensive genius". In all honesty if lions oc isn't available, I feel more comfortable with belicheck as head coach. Seriously. Kyle is trash

The defense looked a lot better under Steve Wilkes, who was scapegoated last season as the reason for the struggles. Sorensen has been flat out terrible and Kyle deserves a lion’s share of the blame because he hired him.

The biggest disappointment should be how bad Shanny is. It's 4th and 2 and they been running the ball weel and he goes empty back field. How dumb can someone be? He needs to be upset at himself...
