One can like both. I like Mason a bunch. I think Elijah, when he's in, plays the game so hard - runs hard, blocks hard, catches the ball well, which is key in this offense. The downside of playing that way is staying healthy. It's kind of like the Bears safety Mike Brown from the early 2000s - dude was a stud when healthy, but he played so damn hard. Btw, TDP isn't bad either.

Kickers miss 41 yarders more than most kicks. Always in all the time I've watched football. That yardage is tricky for kickers. Kyles got 30 seconds and a timeout. Could have made it a EXTRA point try. Click skills of a minor league coach

The last time we demolished a contender and went to play an "underwhelming" team, we lost. Don't let history repeat itself by jinxing the situation. The Browns are hurting, but they're not out. Don't get cocky. The moment you let stats on paper cloud your judgement is the moment you've already lost in a competitive environment. Treat EVERY GAME as if it's the Super Bowl, and YOU'RE the one who's going in short-handed and have to fight tooth and claw with everything you've got. THAT'S how you become a champion. Not by taking it easy because your opponent, on paper, doesn't have their full roster.

Historically we've had issues playing in Cleveland. Especially with bad weather, which we're expected to see potential rain all throughout the game. But with the way our guys have been playing, short of a monsoonal downpour I think we have a good chance to win this one. Just need to stay focused and not give them any breathing room. We smothered Dallas with our aggressiveness on both ends, and we need to do that again. They're going with a backup quarterback, and a few of their other big players are out, too. It might sound a bit unsportsmanlike, but we need to capitalize on them not having their full roster and pound them with everything we've got. Go Niners!

Don't get cocky. The last time we played a team with a backup QB after demolishing a contender, we lost. It was against Arizona, too. To become a true championship team you need to treat EVERY game like it's the Super Bowl with 2 minutes left and you're down 1 full score. You don't become a champion by getting cocky and thinking a game is in the bag because, on paper, the opponent isn't at full strength. We've already proven that it doesn't matter what the stat sheet says. We've lost in situations like this before. Let's not jinx ourselves with cockiness.

Purdy’s weapons go down and he looks average. All the mvp talk was just like when Goff was playing well with the rams. Both can look like top 5 QBs with great coaches, good defenses and weapons but Brock is what he is. Average talent, excellent accuracy and intelligence. He’s not some other worldly QB, he’s dependent on what’s around him, he’s not an elevator. There’s only a few of those in the entire league, but you can win a SB with him.
