I just saw this in 8/21, and I live this. I have a “Zen” shelf, but I never thought of bringing a small altar with me when I go anywhere, which isn’t often! I’m going to share this with my grown son who is going through terrible depression and is stuck in psychosis with negative thoughts looping through his mind. I hope he gets back to being spiritual! My daughter is a highly sensitive young woman and it makes me sad that she gets hurt so easily. This (like you last video!) is so well timed for me. I do have a bedside altar, but I think I may need to fiddle with it. I cannot live in a house without an altar! it is calming and restful and of course a constant reminder of never being alone. I was treated badly because of my sensitivity, it’s only when I grew up that I realised it was a gift. Thanks so much for this helpful video! I always learn something!

Meditating is a must for helping adjust to a new space - creating a mental spiritual space is great too for other spots where you any have an altar. Love the travel altar ❤️ crystals are a definitely a must ❤️ much love ☺️🥰

You know, our species has been around for over 300,000 years (and many believe it to be much older still and I agree). At this point in our existence, we're stuck between the rock of spirituality and the hard-place of technology. We need to learn to combine the two and stop being "hive-minded thinkers". No matter which religion you follow (if any), Christ was an awesome enlightened man. You don't have to believe the Bible and honestly considering Constantine's actions in 325AD, I certainly don't trust Catholic biblical teachings. Finding peace and spiritual oneness is a must and ANY faith that leads us to do otherwise in ANY part of their books is just plain wrong. Go into the world with peace and love. Do not inspire your fellow people to do harm or lead them into harmful practice. Respect others as you would have them respect you. Forgive but do not forget because to learn is to live. Protect yourself out of love not fear and do the same for your family and friends. Be inspired and light your spiritual flame for now is the time to shine. Blessed be the light and the way which is love all-mighty. Nomaste.
