The soundtrack that is playing is the Hard mode soundtrack which is different from the easy and normal modes. Also you have to pick up the gun powerup twice to upgrade the weapon, which it shows in the video. What are you talking about?

If it were Easy Mode he wouldn't have made it past Stage 7. Not to mention you can still upgrade weapons in all difficulties...

This is actually the easy mode,see just how are easy bosses of sectors,and enemy soldiers moving around are not exactly in the mood for shooting,this is old lacking in many Konami games, excessively superior weapons of the main protagonist and poor weapons of enemies!

this not easy mode because you dont get the true ending you have to playing i think normal and hard mode not easy mode

+JJMRA 77777 Normal and Hard give you the true ending, Easy plays only to Stage 7
