Everyone's like "just use the force for a second" but when Cal did that in FO the Inquisitors were there almost instantly. I know Cal was seen by a droid, but it seems like using the force makes you more detectable to other strong force users (as illustrated at the end when Vader's eyes open). idk, that's my theory anyway. Obi-Wan probably hasn't used the force in years, and we saw how long it took him to catch Leia. Man's rusty.

People have been theorising that maybe Reva is one of the padawans in the first episode, and actually saw Anakin in the temple killing the other jedi, while the clones referred to him as lord vader and has just kept it as a secret to herself, and the reason she wants Kenobi so bad is that she would have possibly heard the warning from Obi Wan for all jedi to stay away from the temple and she blames him for no one coming to rescue her

No surname as yet, but the timeline would be correct for Corran Horn, though slightly retconned from his father being a Corellian padawan who was hidden by his grandfather.

Not everyone has read the books and comics. I shouldn't have to read over 400 books and comics to understand every vague reference in a movie. It's the writer's job to put everything required for the story in the script, not for the audience to study for an exam. That's what I liked about Star Wars when George ran it, everything was onscreen and he didn't consider the EU canon except for the few items he brought over in the prequel era.

I think that Reva was the youngling in the opening scene. I'm wondering if the kids stay hidden or perhaps she was the only one of the group that survived. Perhaps she knows Obi-Wan turned off the signal which said for all jedi to return to the temple. She could be pissed that he did that, knowing it left them all for dead. Maybe she found out about this after-the-fact and blames him for Anakin killing her friends or something. Idk. There are possibilities there!

That's why he told Bail that he wasn't the same man and they'd be better off getting someone else. The Inquisitor is fine. @Kyle Katarn, What a great addition to Star Wars, huh? This is so much better than I thought it would be. The young actress playing Leia is fantastic! And Reva is scary new addition to Star Wars. I love how her story seems to be a story of betrayal, sort of like Trilla's from Fallen Order. Trilla experienced the betrayal first hand. Reva, however, very likely had to fill in the gaps based on the information available to her. Reva is very likely one of the younglings we saw fleeing Order 66 at the start of the first episode, the one with braids. That scene was just eye candy, it's followed with a 10 year jump and the introduction to the Inquisitors on Tatooine and Reva is with them. While Obi-Wan tells Leia that the Inquisitors are all mostly Jedi, every single one that we've ever met in video games, Rebels, printed media, etc. have ALL been Jedi. Reva, it seems, is the only one to have been a youngling, while the others were padawans (Trilla) or higher in rank like the rest. I don't think Vader killed all the younglings, those that cowered in fear were likely swept up and reprogrammed by him and I think Reva's one of them. In comparison to the other, older Inquisitors, Reva is the least of them, if you're going by rank and knowledge of the Force. Imagine surviving Order 66, hiding and waiting for help to come and it never coming. Imagine finding out that the greatest of the Jedi made it deep into the temple and all they did was record a message, gather supplies and took off. That of course, isn't exactly what happened, but it could certainly look that way when looking at temple security videos. Reva found a connection to Bail and Obi-Wan because of records. Surely, she found videos of him in the temple supporting the thoughts clouding her mind while she and her friends hid, the Jedi abandoned them, left them to die. Reva and Vader are both driven by their hatred for Obi-Wan. She hates all surviving Jedi too, as we saw with Nari. She wants to cut them down right where they stand. But the last item on her bucket list is Obi-Wan, and she wants to tick that box bad. 14:14 Seeing how we've only seen Yoda's species as Jedi, I don't think its odd for us to have seen Pau'ans as only temple guards or Inquisitors. The sequel to Fallen Order, Jedi Survivor, appears to have another Pau'an as a Dark Side Force users, so why not? As you pointed out, Grand Inquisitor isn't a name, but a title. Our issue with his death--at least it looks that way--is the printed media building up the series, as it implied that the one we saw in Rebels and the one we saw here are the same person. Maybe they misquoted their sources or added their own assumptions to their article. Whatever the case, we'll find out next week. I love how this episode ended. What a closer! I can't believe this is only going to be 6 episode! We'll be halfway done next week ='( Still, I like where this is headed, one last fight between Obi-Wan and Vader--"he's more machine now than man, twisted and evil." For this line to make sense, they have to fight! And Obi-Wan is very likely going to kick his ass =D ...though Vader's line before their final fight will seem a little weird, no? "When I left you, I was but the learner. Now, I am the master." He is a master now, a master to the Inquisitors. I guess I don't really care, as I want to see this fight more than anything right now, lol.

Here's my current theory on why Reva is so intense, looked down on, AND knows who Vader is: She was the youngling we saw in episode 1. The little group got split up and while she was hiding, she saw Anakin. Just as she was about to go to him for help, a 501st trooper comes up and refers to him as "Lord Vader". She escapes the temple and is literally surviving the streets of Coruscant when she is found and inducted into the Inquisitorious.

Common sense dictates that his injury, while severe, won't be life-threatening and that he will be out of the picture for a little while. I can think of one reason why Reva would hate Obi-Wan. Remember her diatribe to the crowd on Tattooine? She said the Jedi had abandoned them. I think it is likely Reva was in the group of younglings that appeared to escape the Jedi Temple during Order 66. Once they escaped, the probably heard the Jedi Temple beacon change, and Obi-Wan telling Jedi to stay away. The kids probably had to live in the streets. I can see why one of them felt the Jedi, namely Kenobi, abandoned them.

Grand Inquisitor is (A) alive but will (B) be comatose in a bacta tank so he can't refute Reva when she (C) tells the other inquisitors that Obi-wan stabbed him, and she tries to takes charge of the search. (D) Some of the Inquisitorius forces will side with her and some won't, leading to the battle seen in the fortress hangar in the trailers. (Bonus) The extensive grafts needed to reconstruct the Grand Inquisitor's midsection leave him noticeably thinner in Rebels :P

A lot of people are not understanding the very good strategy they are playing in this series. The idea they are developing is that 10 years without practicing and really trying to suppress Jedi techniques, Obi-Wan is really losing his abilities. He's turning into old Ben Kenobi. It's a great idea to develop continuity because it explains how the Jedi in the prequels and in the animations they seem a lot more powerful than in the original trilogy. If Obi-Wan started jumping off buildings and moving walls with one finger, it wouldn't look like he was holding back and stopped training. Inquisitors, on the other hand, train and practice all the time. Combat will not be so easy without hidden training.

I've been seeing a lot of chatter about how she knew Vader was Anakin...I honestly believe that he wasn't "mindful" of his thoughts in that situation like Luke was in ROTJ letting Vader know he had a sister. It's possible he just thought of Anakin and she could see what he was thinking. My running theory is that "what she's owed" is revenge against Vader and she is using Kenobi as bait to get close enough to Vader. This will culminate in the first 1 v 1 v 1 live action lightsaber duel. Keep up the great content and thanks for being such enthusiastic fans!

Cybernetic modifications, or; "mods" are NOT a post-ROTJ thing! Back during the Clone Wars, people (and other various beings/creatures,) were using cybernetics to repair or replace lost limbs, etc., probably going back centuries in the Star Wars Galaxy. Just look at General Grievous. Not to mention the Galactic Civil War kicking off with Anakin Skywalker having multiple cybernetic enhancements and replacements, in his transition to becoming Darth Vader. Maybe the "Mod Culture," where average people can go in to a sort-of walk-in; "parlor," off the street to buy enhancements for a price is new, relative to the fall of the Empire. But organic life forms have been getting Cybernetic enhancements and replacements for a long time, especially up throughout the Clone War-era, and beyond. It's probably also safe to assume that the Emperor's "Grand Inquisitor," would be able to receive such assistance, if necessary, more so than most in the Galaxy, at this point, in particular. Besides, we don't know anything about his physiology or anatomy at all. It could be she only wounded non-critical internal organs, when running him through lol I've heard rumors that his species has two stomachs, and every Alien life form is going to be different. What's easier to believe; That they completely disregarded the established Canon by allowing him to be killed off for dramatic effect? Or that he's somehow going to be making a triumphant return? I mean, we've seen characters suffer FAR worse and still come back lol for the leader of the Inquisitors, Darth Vader's own Jedi hunters, it's hardly a stretch to believe dude isn't really dead. But most importantly, especially with all those lightsabers swinging around, amputations have become an incidental side effect of life in that Galaxy far far away. No extremity is safe, really lol as anybody possessing even a passing familiarity with Star Wars will be aware of. So, that being the case, characters having lost appendages replaced with cybernetics has been demonstrated to be just as ubiquitous in that world as our comparatively less technologically advanced prosthetics are here, in this one. (I'm just sayin' 🤜 💥 🤛)

I’ve seen theories that she was one of the kids at the beginning during order 66 and maybe she went under Vader’s wing after seeing him slaughter everyone in the temple. I mean sure he was Vader at that time but physically he still looked like the Jedi she knew, Anakin Skywalker. A question that I’m SURE will be answered during this series. My theory as to why reeva knows vader is anakin is that she was one of the younglings from the order 66 scene at the start of the first episode, they had to have shown it for a reason so it makes sense that she'd have seen anakin during the attack on the temple

I believe the Grand Inquisitor went into a deep force sleep to slow down his vitals so one of the other Inquisitors could get him to a bacta tank. There may be other hypotheses that would be viable, though some may bring about additional questions. Such as force healing. I am not sure you can self-heal with the force, though it does seem like one could almost put themselves in a deep hibernation to stem the tide of a severe wound where medical care is not immediate. As someone else pointed out, it could be that his anatomy meant that the wound was not as severe as we might believe. Perhaps he had his insides removed like Fennec Shand and just needed replacement parts. I still like my original suggestion. - Thanks for sharing your reactions!

Reva read in Obi-Wans Mind that he didn't know that Vader is alive. In the same way, she could have got the information that Vader is Anakin. Obi-Wan was probably thinking about Anakin the moment Reva mentioned Vader.

I love how Reva just unceremoniously dumps Vader in our laps. It’s only when she says “oh you didn’t know” that the realisation sets in - oh Damn she said Vader in Obi Wan’s presence. I hasten to say The Grand Inquisitor is “fine” but I believe Heather was spot on - cyber guts r’us. I know the mod culture is new in a prosperous Tatooine, but we already know the tech is there for those with the means to pay for it. I am intrigued as to how Reva acquired the identity of Vader - and what it is she is owed. Tarkin and Thrawn both had suspicions of Vader’s true identity - however they had the foresight to keep that knowledge to themselves. Perhaps Reva wants revenge on Anakin for order 66 and is going about it on her own terms… she would be wise not to mention the name Anakin again… otherwise that’s her ass 😂

Let’s say that’s the truth - maybe she wants revenge for both the death of her master and the way her life has turned out. Fennec survived her wound, so it's definitely possible. As far as Reva, I'm hoping Darth Vader let her know who he is just to use her to lure Kenobi out, and then he plans on killing her. He uses her hatred to serve him.
