You forgot about the two times world champion (100 and 200), four times European champion (100 and 200) and the one that broke the world record at 100 set by Brazilian Cesar Cielo in 2009. And, by the way, he has just won the golden medal at Paris at 200.

David Popovici. By far, he is the best in 200 free. And, with a perfect race strategy, he has 75-80% chances to win 100 free too. Then Leon Marchand, Lukas Märtens, Adam Peaty and Caeleb Dressel.
