I think I would read that first card as a period of self-examination coming up (lady looking in the mirror and several other mirrors around her), taking a good, hard, deep look at yourself and 1) examining whether the image you're giving off is actually the one that others are seeing, 2) making sure the image you're projecting is only what you *want* others to see, i.e, is your projected image hiding some part of yourself from the world, or 3) doing a deeper dive into your own psyche/mind/soul and figuring out who you really are as opposed the image (mask) you've been projecting to others. It might also represent a period in which your mask is ripped away and you have to take an objective view/look at yourself as you really are - warts and all - instead of how you perceive yourself or want others to perceive you, a process that can be very painful and humbling, but also very productive. Given the karmic nature of the first three cards and the clarifications, in addition to the tower card in the shadow, this could be a situation or person suddenly bringing up something from the past that becomes embarrassingly public and forces a reconciliation. Not necessarily a pleasant experience, but one that is needed for karmic release.
