I live in Ravenna, Mi. I want to try to start riding Michigan trails. I just want to learn how to get the information. Any pointers on that.

You live pretty close to a lot of trails just to the north of you. A few things you can do, search KZbin and Google for the type of riding you want to do and there is probably a lot of videos on it and stop into a local DNR office and see if someone knowledgeable is there who can give you some advice.
