You are a beast Kyle. The hardest working man on YT. Your builds are amazing and well thought out. If only I was fifty years younger. It’s going to be a beautiful place as always. Merry Christmas Kyle and Cierra baby Stanley, Skeeter and Kitty. Happy New Year’s.

I'm doing a marathon on your videos. Starting with the last one. I'm on the one where you gave the cost to do the shell of your cabin you live in. You said something very important for the young ones to contemplate. You asked, "What would your life be like if you didn't have a mortgage?" Very wise question in these times. I don't have one and my life is a lot easier. But I'm 76, so by now I shouldn't have one.

Cool! Down here in Carlton County, we had a White Christmas. This rain was crazy and my grass is showing green. The dog fetched his ball and brought it to the snow pile so he could dig for it. Rock on.

Thanks for the video Kyle !!! I looked at my cellular trail camera over at Lake Vermilion today and saw the effect of a half inch of rain and 40ºF temperatures. It shrank the snow pack and covered the lake ice in a layer of water. Your project is a lot like the 16 X 28' wood framed cabin I'm building. I'm 67 years-old and will admit to being a little bit jealous of how much progress you make in a day. 😤 Best wishes and good fortune to you & Cierra !!!

KYLE.... you Always do AWESOME Clean Cut & precise building... & I built houses for years & put on ALOT of that type of Metal (Sides & Roof) & Like you we always put the screws in the FLAT part instead of on the Ribs Thinking there would be a Less Chance of a Bow or Flare in the metal to LEAK

13:09 I always put the screws, through the ribs, it does matter. I live in a cabin, where the metal roofing, was installed the wrong way, by someone else, by putting the screws, in the valley. Under the roof, the ceiling is not finished and when we have heavy rain, or ice is melting, I can feel tiny drops of water.
