It is amazing what Rihanna did with Fenty Beauty. I could see how Rihanna’s fans might see that Kylie copied her by making 30 shades of concealer but I think it’s also great because now that Fenty Beauty has set the bar for the makeup industry, people allow start to make more makeup for darker shades.

Rihanna worked on fenty for 2 years. Kylie produces products every 3 months and there is a big difference between foundation and concealer. The fact no other big brand has that much shade inclusion is sad. People are not really feeling Kylie because her liquid lipstick are not very friendly to darker skin and are modeled with lighter skin people so people with darker skin can’t guess what it would look like on their skin. I think it's more of the fact that Rihanna being an icon and an influence in music would page the way for a new turn around in the beauty community. If Rihanna made 40 shades, more brands are going to be influenced to create as many shades. Rihanna has been an icon in the music world for a good few years so there's a reason she has so much influence. Where as Kylie isn't completely influential by her self in my opinion she's part of a bigger influence (The Kardashian) so whilst she has she holds loads of influence everybody is comparing the 2 brands due to them being the hot topic recently.

Another great thing about wide ranges of foundation shades is not just the darker shades that get ignored, but the 'light' shades. People who are albino and people who are pale and always have a hard time in beauty stores. I always have to run to the lightest shade, and sometimes that is too dark, even. Well, for the light colours it’s usually a problem of undertone, not paleness- no offence. If you get a wrong undertone (something looking “orange” on you for instance), it’s probably gonna look “dark”. I often see a lot of pale girls complain about light shades not being pale enough, when those pale shades are literally made for albinos (like the lightest fenty foundation). I honestly have a hard time believing you’re lighter than the kylie concealer...

You absolutely can control the speed at which you talk. I was TERRIBLE for speaking a million miles an hour for the longest time, but the second I got into theater, I was immediately told by every director I worked with that I needed to slow down. So I did. It's really not that hard. I do think that some people are being too harsh, but I do also think that he needs to slow things down.
