Her having surgery doesn't define her intelligence and kindness, which is clearly present in her. And this evidence shows with how she handles her children, with said children being polite, humble, and intelligent. So who are you to critic her? When you know nothing of her nor do you know Timothee's preference? The fact that Timothee and her is trying to make their relationship as private as possible, and just showing up once in a while in public, shows how much he tries to protect Kylie while at the same time not jeopardise his career.
