Wasn’t Kylie like 16 when Bruce started transitioning. His father duties were far from over and his transitioning was actually quite selfish, because his teen daughters lost their father. She mourned her father that was still alive. The least he could do was allow her to still call him dad, so in some way she can feel like she still has a father. I truly feel like we live in a delusional, narcissistic world. Theirs nothing courageous about this. Having a dad myself who is also selfish, this would be horrible and I think I’d need lots of therapy, God and healing, even as an adult. Imagine being a teen? Nobody ever thinks of the children….

This is so positive. They really demonstrate a different facet of what mainstream society perceives as “family”. Despite a divorce, their parents are clearly actively co-parenting and that can only be beneficial for their kids. The fact their father transitioned and the kids are so accepting is brilliant.
